Why Supervsion?

The goal of supervision is to create a facilitated space that allows you to reflect on your work or ministry. When we lead and care for others, we are at higher risk of burnout and compassion fatigue. Supervision has been shown to be restorative and lower these risks.

Supervision amplifies our inner-dialogue and allows us to reflect on our performance and find innovative ways to grow in our role and transform our career and workplaces.

Put simply, supervision is protective of the individual, those they are working with, and the organisation. Supervision creates transformative change!

Services

Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are available online everywhere and in-person in NSW. Sessions are 1-hour in duration and cost $120 per session, payable at the time of the appointment.

Group Sessions

Group supervision sessions are available in person in NSW and require a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 participants. The sessions are 1-hour in duration and cost $120 per session, payable at the time of the appointment.

Small Church

If you are a pastor or leader in a church of under 60 people, contact Think People today to discuss how we can help you with leave relief, leadership training, wellbeing sessions, and subsidised pastoral supervision.
